Lists Bring your list from anywhere

      Excel or Numbers
Copy the rows and paste, or upload the .xlsx or CSV.
      Google Sheets
Paste the share link; your browser fetches it straight from Google.
      ChatGPT or an email
Paste the list as it is. Chat intros and sign-offs are skipped.
      Typed by hand
One address per block, a blank line between.

      Fit Why it lines up

      • Every layout uses the sheet maker's published measurements.
      • The PDF asks the print dialog for Actual size, so nothing shrinks.
      • Long lines shrink to fit, and anything that still can't fit is listed before you print.
      • Printer off by a millimetre? Measure it once and every PDF is shifted to cancel it.

      How it works

      1. Paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets, upload a file, or paste a plain list.
      2. Pick the sheet you bought. Search by the number on the box.
      3. Check the preview. Long lines shrink to fit, and anything that cannot fit is listed.
      4. Download the PDF and print at Actual size. Print one page on plain paper first.

      Questions

      Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and the PDF is made inside your browser. Close the tab and it is gone.
My labels print a little off. What now?
Most printers shift the page by a millimetre or two. Print the calibration page once, measure two marks with a ruler, and every PDF after that is moved to cancel your printer's shift.
Why does it say “Actual size”?
Print dialogs often shrink pages to fit, which makes text drift off the labels further down the sheet. The PDF asks for actual size, but some dialogs ignore that, so check before printing.
Can I start on a partly used sheet?
Yes. Tap the first empty label in the preview or type its number in Start at label.
