About and limits

Stampwick turns a list into print-ready PDFs for labels, envelopes, badges, place cards and raffle tickets. Everything happens in your browser: your list is not uploaded.

Limits

• Up to 5,000 rows or tickets per PDF, and up to 1,000 copies of each label.
• Excel .xlsx, CSV and text files. Old .xls, Numbers and ODS files need to be saved as .xlsx or CSV first. Only the first worksheet is read.
• The label font covers Latin, Greek and Cyrillic letters. Characters it cannot print (for example Chinese, Japanese or emoji) are listed before you download and print as “?”.
• Label layouts follow the published sheet measurements. Sheets from different makers can differ slightly, so print a test page on plain paper first.
• Barcodes follow the Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A, Code 39 and QR standards. Test-scan one label before printing hundreds.
