Privacy
Your list, file or Google Sheet is read by code running in your browser. It is never sent to our server, and the PDF is made on your device.
If you load a Google Sheets link, your browser fetches that sheet directly from Google.
Your settings (paper size, chosen layout, text options, printer adjustment and return address) are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. Clear them by clearing this site's data. Lists are never saved.
Basic usage counters
To see which tools people use, each page sends a few short messages to our own server: an event name (for example “page viewed”, “list loaded” or “PDF downloaded”), the page address without any query, a coarse source category (such as “Google” or “ChatGPT”, from the referring site), a random ID for that page load, and flags that let us leave out our own visits and automated browsers. They never include your list, file names, sheet links, addresses or anything you typed.
The server sees your network address and browser type as part of any web request. It combines them with the date under a secret key to estimate distinct visitors per day, and does not store the address or browser string. Those daily keys are deleted after two days; the anonymous totals are kept for up to 400 days. Request logging is off. Cloudflare, our host, still handles the network traffic under its own policies.
No messages are sent if your browser has Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turned on. Exclude this browser from counting · undo that (saved as a small local setting and an sx cookie that only records the opt-out).
